Timeline

Rapid deployment infrastructure supporting safety, navigation and sponsor activationno trenching, no fuel logistics, no delays.
  • April 10
    Letter of Intent, confirm scope, site zones and pole configuration.
  • May 22
    Fabrication complete, ship to location. Custom wraps, wayfinding and WiFi integration finalized.
  • 1st Week of June
    On-site installation, deployed, tested and operational before fan zone opens June 11.
  • June 11 - July 19
    Live operations (39 days or less). Safety, wayfinding and sponsor visibility across all 104 matches.
  • Post-July 19
    Removal and reporting. Load-out, sustainability reporting, post-event performance summary.
